We are now calling for entries for your shed to be featured in our 2022 The Shed Calendar.
The calendar will accompany the Jan/Feb 2022 Issue 100, on sale November 29.
We could use our shed photos of course but we would much rather use yours.
THE PRIZES
For getting your shed photo chosen for the 2022 calendar winners will receive a one-year subscription (or their current subscription extended) to The Shed magazine and bragging rights for all of 2022!
HOW TO ENTER:
1. Simply post an image of your shed in the comments on THE CALENDAR POST on our Facebook page (please make sure you have a high-resolution image, as no matter how good your shed is, we cannot select it if we can’t print it!)
2. If you are selected, we will be in touch to get a high-resolution version of your image and arrange your prize.
Entries close Sunday, August 22nd. Good luck.

For many of us Kiwis, summertime can mean it’s time to dig out the family tractor. Because summer means beach-holiday time and using that good-old-boy tractor to get the fishing boat in the water as often as possible. To celebrate our love of old tractors, we head south to meet a tractor restorer from Oamaru, one Colin Harvey, who has shedfuls of tractors and spends all his time tinkering with and restoring some great classic farming workhorses.

The 100th issue of The Shed is coming soon

The next issue of The Shed is a milestone magazine, our 100th and we are building a bumper issue, our biggest magazine for many a year.
There will be plenty of special anniversary content along with our usual projects and advice.
One of the articles we are particularly looking forward to publishing is a visit to the home shed of Mitre 10 DIY guru, Stan Scott. Stan shows us around his home shed and shares with us what he creates in his leisure time.
